Sensitron's Power Semiconductor Products have been used in various high-rel applications for over 40 years. Our power semiconductors include rectifiers, TVS and Schottky devices in axial, MELF and bridge packaging as well as a complete line of rectifier die products, all of which are available in a wide variety of voltage and current ratings. Our general purpose, fast recovery and ultrafast rectifiers are available with PIV ratings up to 1000 Volts and recovery times as low as 30 nanoseconds.
