Sensitron's Power Semiconductor Products have been used in space and high-reliability applications for more than 30 years. We offer a broad array of Zener diodes/ Zener Voltage Regulator diodes, Zener die and an extensive line of space equivalent diodes. Sensitron's zener diodes are available in a wide voltage range, from 3.3V to 390V, with a standard tolerance of 5%. The Zener diodes are available in a voidless hermetically sealed glass package. To order zener diodes in a surface mount package, add the suffix "US", or without a suffix for zener diodes in an axial leaded package.
